Default boost question, dont kill me!!

I know this question must have been asked a million times, but is still unclear to me, I will appreciate if you can clarify it for me, as I am quite new with the scooby.
I have sti02 and I put boost at 1.4 bar with the avcr(apexi), I also have full exhaust and equal lenght headers, but still boost in 3rd gear drops to 1.1 after 6000rpm, and first and second gears dont reach 1.4.
What I would like to understand is if we have to live with this boost drop or there are ways to get rid of it?Like changing turbo?or is that the engine just cant give enough load?
This is the big question: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE SAME BOOST IN EACH GEAR AND WITH NO DROP AFTER CERTAIN RPM?

you'd be better off getting it remaped.

I already took care of the avcr, do you think that remapping will solve the proslem?is it really possible to get high boost even in first and second gear or I need a bigger turbo?
