Second time its happened now, when i bought the car it was slightly over filled and had boost pack changed, after another oil change (by a tuner so its assured that it is a metered quantity of oil put in) and a track day where theres bound to be more oil vapour as oil will run hotter than normal its cutting out again on higher boost which i assume to be the sensor misreading.......
so are there any mods at all that can stop this happening

Running the crankcase and cam cover breathers through a catch tank, then either back to the inlet clean, or straight out to atmosphere. Do a search on oil catch tank to see the various different strategies people have used.
