Power Steering rack leaking

Power Steering rack leaking
invesigating a fluid leak on the impreza (WRX STi TypeR). Seems to be PS fluid from the clyinder, or seals round in in the rack. See pic.
What is this part?
It is loosing ps fluid....and my steering does become whiney...
It appears to be leaking from the two seals at either end of the mounting bracket...
Can it be taken apart and refurbished / parts replaced rather than a whole new rack?
If not....does the P1 have the same quick rack? or how easy is it to get a TypeR quick rack?
Thanks

My MY98 WRX does/did the same. Top up the fluid to avoid damage to the pump if still using. Not sure about reconing the rack yourself but I cured my leak by adding 1 teaspoon full of brake fluid. Seems to enlarge the seals.
Not recommended to be honest, but it worked.
Try a few Subaru places for a new/second hand rack.

Going to have another check over it and see if I can make out for definite where the leak is coming from....although I'm pretty sure its from those two rubber seals.
Been on the phone to Subaru who have quoted me £805 for a new rack
or £330 for a refurbished one.
This makes me think that mine should be refurbish-able!
I'm really not keen on replacing it for a standard rack and loosing the
STI quick steer system
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks
