Default Air temperature sensor location

Can anyone tell me exactly where the air temperature sensor is in this picture of my 99 Sport engine:

I am not sure that the Sport has an air temperature sensor but if it does it will be located in the ducting taking cold air to the inlet manifold. On an STi of your year it is in the ducting above the headlight that goes in to the inner wing. In your case if it is fitted it might be between the inner wing, air box and inlet manifold.
