Default Are all clutch master cylinder same?

Hiya,

really as the titel says... i'm basically wanting to replace my clutch master cylinder as the clutch pedal doesnt always return properly. have replaced the clutch release spring just below where the top mount would normally sit and that has helped but not fixed it..

are all clutch master cylinders the same on all classics?

if not what do i need for my ver 3 sti type r?

cheers

Replace the fluid first before changing the cylinder.
