Have you considered something like a SPA dual guage that monitors boost and charge temp?
Each channel has an adjustable alarm level that can crank open a relay to operate the spray.
This would let you spray at certain temps in combination with boost levels - the trigger levels being totally adjustable.

Have a look at:
http://www.spa-uk.co.uk/design/dualg...achometers.asp
They can be bought direct or bought elsewhere for about 20% cheaper.
The description doesn't do justice to what they can really do.

Rentonone check here : http://www.aquamist.co.uk/sl/plist/frm-4.html
Think this is what you are thinking of??
You want the Normally 'open' one Part no : 806 155
Plumb into your Vacuum from Inlet manifold, and set it to 'close' circuit at whatever boost pressure you want (upto 2bar)

Did you not look at the link I posted yesterday??
The switch from ERL works off of a vacuum. Just T off from one of the vacuum lines on your Inlet Manifold, plumb it into the end of the switch.
The other end has an adjustable screw (factory set to 10psi IIRC)
The 2x electrical spades are to wire from the switch in dash, out to the motor that activates the water spray.
Simple. I had one rigged to the Headlight washer motor to use as an IC water Spray system. Set the switch to around 14psi, so that when boost hit 14psi, it activated the water spray.
