Default Cheapest way to cap boost...

Neighbours car is hitting fuel cut as the boost goes a smidge to high, whats the cheapest way to limit the boost on a 1993 wrx?

chapest thing would be a dawes device but i heard they're not very reliable

ive used dawes on 3 scoobs, all worked fine, allowed me to cap boost b4 fuel cut, but when setting try it under heavy load ie up hill full poer 3rd gear as it will boost more!

The cheapest way would be to fit a small retrictor in the spill port of the solenoid , a carb jet of the right size would do it....

or just buy an adustable dawes, un less you want to search for hours looking for the right size hole .
