Default Lower H Brace/4 Point Brace...Any Difference??

Has anyone fitted or got one of these on their Classic Turbo,or any other Impreza for that matter, and if so,do they make any noticeable difference to the handling?

Also, would they make any difference with the standard shocks/springs or is it more for cars that have already been taken quite far down that route with uprated shocks/springs/strut braces etc??

Cheers.

I was dubious about these & then drove my brothers car which had one fitted, Such a difference especially on the classic which flexes far more than the newage, They make the handling so much more taught & precise, I will always fit one of these on my classics, especially when fitted along with a front upper brace.

Both. You will get the maximum benifit from a stiffer suspension set up, But you will certainly see a Vast improvement on a standard setup, Couple it with a 22mm adjustable Rear Anti roll bar & you'll be lapping up those roundabouts & Twisty Lanes

I fitted one of these H braces to my P1 and I can feel the difference, there is a lot less understeer now. Definatly worth doing, made more difference than fitting a rear strut brace.
