Default Can't get the bugger off! :o(

Hi folks,

i'm in the process of removing my pre-facelift classic front bumper so that i can fit my new facelift bumper.

I've removed the headlamps, side lights, fogs, indicators, grill, number plate and the eight or so plastic fittings around the top edge of the bumper that secure it the carrier bar underneath.

My question is how do u release the fixing points that are close to the front wheel arches? Do u need to remove the 2 front wheels, and arch liners? Or is there a nack to gettin them off?

Theres a bolt on at the top on each side hidden behind the liner aswell as a clip at the bottom, either remove the liner completely or just remove the plastic pins and move the liner out the way to access the bolts..IIRC you also need to remove the 4 M12 bolts from in the engine bay so the bumper comes off with the bumper irons attached because theres also bolts fixings there that cant be got at...
