any difference from ver3 and ver4 sti heads

is there any difference from ver3 and ver4 heads been offered a set of vers 4 heads i am going toput these into my project for 400bhp on my 95 sti ra will be mated to a 2.5 bottom end

the cams are suppose to be slightly wilder on the sti3 heads.. but not much in it and otherwise identical.
