Default can anyone tell me how to reset the ECU please

could you please give some ideas how reset the ECU by yourself. i would be very thankfull

you don't mention age/model, but easiest by far is simply to disconnect the battery for a couple of hours..................

take the positive lead off the battery leave it over night, replace it in the morning, I believe this will do it

If its a newage find someone local with a SECS monitor, eg a PSI3, and get them to trail the lead into your car and do a reset.

as long as the alarm is off when you remove the battery then no issues when its re-connected
