Default hi guys im new

im having real problems with my 93 wrx (import)...
for the last couple of weeks its been doing the following
drive along.. pull car onto boost..boosts normally to around 0.9 bar. then all of a sudden.. bang.. hessitates.. coughs.. then will only produce 0.5 bar and feels srather sluggish.. have read loads of threads and hane done the following:
new plugs gapped to 0.7
changed coil packs
changed boost solenoid
cleaned all solenoid pipes and intake pipes
checked all intake hoses
changed maf
really struggling to figure it out now..

please help..

welcome...

Have you checked the boost hoses for splits? read up on checking the engine codes to see if there are ay faults stored...

if it went bang it sounds like a hose has maybe split or blown off.

with the symptons and then it only giving you .5 bar then that sounds like it has put you into limp mode. Do you get a Cel on the dash?

If so do a search on here for saxonfield like Nicky says for instructions on how to check for error codes and to reset your ecu. Dont think it is anything serious though
