Silicon Hose Kits
Thinking about tarting up my engine bay with some coloured hoses, now for ease I've seen the hose covers that are split so they just basically clip over the hoses, my only worry with them are do they look cheap?.
Then there are the direct replacement hoses like Samco and SFS, but are they fairly easy to fit, or do you have to top up fluids lost in replacing them, like coolant, power steering etc?.
Any pictures to show what you've all done would be great.
Daz.

If you are replacing coolant hoses then yes you will have to drain / lose water and refill / bleed after, make sure you do it correctly or you'll get an air lock which can cause Head gasket failure.
Obviously boost hoses are quite and simple to change.
The clip on stuff is tacky and IMO looks naff.
