Red face Green liquid

Afternoon everyone,

I've just come home and was putting the Scoob in the garage when I noticed a bit of steam / smoke coming from under the bonnet

Anyway, I had a look and there seems to be bit of green liquid splattered around the left-hand side of the engine bay

Anyone got any ideas where this might have come from?
