Should always use new o-rings & gaskets on whatever you rebuild. I think there easier to fit than on the classics as Ive just found out today.

Inspect the o rings for nicks, or damage. If they are ok, they will be fine to re-use.

Make sure they are clean, and oiled, or greased, and make sure the holes they fit into are also clean.

I've just fitted a set and the best advice I can give is to replace the O-rings, and grease the new ones lightly before going in. I just plonked the old ones back in and had to fit 3 of the injectors all over again because they were leaking. You may well get away with the old O-rings but for a few quid you may as well replace them while they are out. I always get taught the same lesson when I play with my car, do the job properly or do it twice
