I've done some searching but not really any better off.
My 93WRX has just failed on emmisons

CO: 0.46% FAIL
HC: 35ppm PASS
LAMBDA: 1.05 FAIL

it also failed on a leak in the centre section of the exhaust could this be causing it?

The other problem is the make of car they entered is just subaru impreza. I've read a lot about entering the right car in the system and the limits changing. I've looked back over a few of my past mots and it seems different garages have different limits.

This garage Co limit it <0.20% however one of the other garages used <0.50% so mine would have passed.

my last MOT (June 2006) had these results
CO 0.695%
CO2 11.40%
HC 00149ppm
O2 3.18
Lambda 1.150

This is a 93 wrx with decat and Apexi IK my model was entered as a wrx on the MOT certificate

 

It was passed as well

Does everyone get this worried about emissions at MOT time as i'm getting sick of it

 

i did as the decat was done before the last MOT but my fears were unfounded as it passed.
Whereabouts are you in Hampshire?
I'm in Dorset (Poole) and got a local garage to do it and obviously had no problem
