Default Heat rap the cat yes or no?

Just ordered a ninja sports cat of sccoby world for my99 classic.

Is it worth getting some heat rap to rap the cat.

If so were would you buy it from?

Cheers
Dave

The hotter a cat gets (within reason) the better it works, so yes it's a good idea in principle. Although the same could be said about the whole exhaust system from cylinder heads to cat. The remainder of it can be left unwrapped.

Saw a sports cat for sale on here and noticed that it was wrapped and since iv just odered one thought it was a good idea to wrap it while it was off the car.
