TUBULAR MANIFOLD ANY GOOD ????????????????????

Hi all im toying with the idea of fitting a tubular manifold to my 1995 sti type ra i was just woundering has it any benerfit off fitting one? and as any one got one fiitted and if it made any difference to performance

Presume you mean the exhaust manifold?
If the car is stock than no.
If you are looking to 350+ to 400 bhp then yes, but ported cast iron stock manifolds will go a long way to 350bhp with lots of other compliemtary changes, and might give a better torque level mid rev range.
IMHO:
If you havn't yet uprated the chassis, do that with the ££££ and the car will be faster by a long shot A to B.
