Don't know the sizes of the original items, but replace them with the following for improved handling
Rear - Whiteline 22mm
Front Whiteline 20mm
I think you may mean that the drop-links are worn not the actual anti-rollbars. If fitting whiteline ARB's you should, for best match, uprate the drop-links at the same time. Whiteline or Powerflex (and probably others) supply uprated drop-links to match the ARB's I have mentioned.

what about fitting bigger arb like the 24mm 2 way adjust front and 3 way adjust rear?

22mm rear and 20mm front will be fine for road and a bit of track day. 24mm is a bit OTT in my opinion.
Most ppl leave the adjustable 22mm on the middle setting anyway - but go for the adjustable as it's not much more and at least gives you the opportunity to have a little play with the settings.
