Default Anyone clever enough to answer this one?? CEL

my car is a my94 wrx wagon used to be auto, now 5 spd manual, had a few probs down to lambda, now that is sorted i believe, i was getting fault codes,-51 neutral position switch (prob to do with box swap), 32 lambda, and finally 43 which is not in the impreza code sheet, but is on the generic subaru list and corresponds to 43-throttle switch.
Did the reset and now the lambda fault is gone, but 51 and 43 remain.
Can anyone shed some light on what i need to about these faults if anything, and why would i be getting code 43, and not 31 for the throttle position sensor??
I believe anyone with some knowledge about the auto box ecu , auto car and the box swap conversion should be able to help, please!!!
