Default Dump valve question for newbie

Hiya, bit of a daft question but here goes, what sort of dump valve or turbo paraphinailia(wastegate & acutator is it? i dunno!) is needed to get the WRC 'style' sound, its like a really high pitched sort of dump sound followed by a chatter type sound.
obviously the engine/turbo set up on a WRC is ridiculously powerful and highly tuned not to mention the cost but surley there must be a set up like that for everyday imprezas? Also if anyone can explain what the chatter sound is i would appreciate it.
thanx,
Matt

You basically need to get rid of the dump valve all together if you want that sound.
It is the turbo stalling.....not wastegate chatter or the dump valve.
