Every site i have checked so far, is listing the pre 97 power fc as discontinued. So it does look like Apexi have ceased production of the power fc for the early Imprezas.

I posted on a few threads saying it had been discontinued, but as usual i was wrong. Andy F put me straight, it has been discountinued to the ebay types and internet only men but the actual authorised Apexi guys such as Andy can still get it.
I'll probably be out of date again tho and Andy will put it right
Tony.

I thought that was for Apexi products in generel because of the following. But that some of the Skyline and early Impreza power fc's where discontinued for everyone inc main Apexi dealers. Im Prob wrong though.
"Apexera has filed for Minji Kaisei in court in Japan on the 6th of February. This order is the equivalent of Section 11 bankruptcy in the USA.
Section 11 Bankruptcy in company law is as follows:
Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is similar to Chapter 13 reorganization, only Chapter 11 is exclusively used for businesses. Chapter 11 allows a business to continue to stay in business by getting creditors to halt their collection activities. The business, in exchange, must provide a plan of reorganization to settle the debts; and although these debts will probably not be repaid entirely, it's better for the creditor in that they get something, and better for the business because it is able to continue on.
The main purpose of the ruling is to allow a company to regenerate itself. Apexera was in a failed joint venture 2-3 years ago which resulted in a large bank debt that needed to be repaid. This court ruling goes in Apexera Co. Ltd. favour as it allows a company to stay in business, receive orders, continue production and ship out orders"
