Just returned for an hour out in MY00 when i heard a ticking noise, does anyone know what this is? It doest sound good

unfortunatly the answer most likely is ..... YES....

Either a complete rebuild from the likes of API (£2300) or a good recon for about a grand.....

but thats the downside of scooby ownership. one min its fine next its farked...

One rebuild required. Don't run the engine, as you risk making the engine completely scrap by doing so. In its current state it can be rebuilt.
