Has anyone changed the Turbo Inlet Pipe without removing the manifold ?
My96 onwards.
Has anyone managed to replace the standard inlet pipe with a silicone replacement & avoided removing the inlet manifold ?
I know you would have to butcher the old one to get it out, But can the new silicone one be forced in ??
By the looks of other peoples Posts, It's a real pig of a Job ???
Thanks
Dean

If it was in the Haynes manual it would be a 5-spanner job. Once you've got the manifold off and look at it all properly, you can see that it's obviously not designed to be replaced in situ.
