APEXI FITTING HELP
Right, I'm about to fit a apexi porformance kit to a my96 UK, all is straight forward apart from this one pipe. Now, there's no place for it to go with the kit on. What does it do? what shall i do with it. Is it ok to blank it off?

that looks like it may have something to do with the boost?
i think the apexi, will go on after the squair box (maf sensor) where it joins onto the air box, and that pipe is not touched.
i fitted a apexi to my00 impreza, so it is a different set up, but i dont remember having any pipes left that didnt go anywhere.

I've had a look at the instructions for my Apexi IK (which is for 10/92 to 8/96) and the bits left over from my original air filter system and it looks like i never had the pipe or the metal thing it's attached to.Sorry

that is the vent line from the carbon canister.. any fumes get sucked back into the engine.. if that is correct then the one way valve should have the arrow pointing towards the inlet..
you can either T it into the connection for the 3port boost solenoid on the ally adaptor or just leave it vented to atmosphere.. or vent the 3port connection to atmosphere and connect this pipe to the ally adaptor (which replaces the inlet resonator).
