I bought a kmh to mph converter for my 93 wrx last week off the net. What a job I had putting it in. Now its in, the rev counter dosnt go up properly, its jumpy, and when stopped the speedo stays on about 5mph instead of going to 0! Anyone know whats wrong?

If the rpm needle is jumping around on its own accord then this is down to an earth fault. Have you disturbed any of the wiring. Also check if the ribbon circuit board at the back is not touching any part of the body.
The speedos are nearly all slighty out (10% or not)
Not sure which convertor you have used but on my old set up it was simply plugged inbetween the 2 speedo cables.
Ticky
