Went to the motor factors to get a set of plugs for my 03 STI PPP, I went looking to buy a set of NGK pfr6b-11. which are on the car now, However the motor factors guy said I should uprate to a set of NGK pfr6j-11. Now two questions, Are the correct plugs fitted to the car? and should I uprate to these other plugs?
Thanks for any help!
Edited to say I've just found up the hand book and it quotes NGKpfr6g, the plot thickens

the -11 plugs are wrong for your car, they are std list for N/A motors from memory..............
the basic difference is that the plug gap is 1.1mm rather than .8/.7 which is far better...........
std fit you will need pfr6b and uprated pfr7b
