Hi All,


I am trying to feed my boost gauge pipe today in an MY04 WRX but cant seem to locate where it comes out in the foot well of the drivers side.

I have pulled back the carpet and can see like yellow plastic discs with screws in the middle of them but no obvious path as was the case in my old MY99.

I believe i need to pass the pipe through a rubber bung located behind the turbo somewhere and it magically comes out somewhere in the foot well ?

If someone could offer any advice and pics of the foot well location it would be much appreciated.

The grommet your looking for is below the brake cylinder in the engine bay, and just above the clutch pedal in the car. I presume its a rubber grommet, the same as in my MY02.

Yeah, that's it, comes out behind the lower dash section, not in the footwell though

Thanks guys - I got it. I managed to feed the pipe through

One small thing though i pushed out the bung and it has gone ! No idea where it has got stuck but i cant see it - Thought it would just fall through

I wonder if Subaru sell bungs

I just need to connect the other end to something Is the pipe that connects to the dump valve - do i just T - piece it in there ?
