Rubbing noise when i let off boost

Rubbing noise when i let off boost
Hi, I hope sombody can shine some light on this. When i drive my 97 wrx, when i let off the boost (the same time as the dump valve sounds) i hear a rubbing type of noise. I have a feeling this could be connected to the dump valve but not too sure..can anybody help please?!
