max power TD05 16G

Would anyone know the max/safe sort of bhp MY96 TD05 16G could run please. Also what other turbo would best acheive around the 400-450bhp.

a 16G is never going to give you above 350 if your lucky...........

for 4-450 then you are looking at a garret hybridnormally or something like the md321h or 't'

An FE converted TD05-16G gave me 341bhp and 357lbs/ft on my 2.5 converted WRX at 1.45 bar.

From: Newcastle. 330bhp-289lb/ft @ 1bar boost - 12.4s @ 105mph

My 90 degree entry 16g makes 330.1 bhp and just shy of 300lb/ft at 1bar on a 2lt engine.
