Does anybody know the setting for a Air/Fuel ratio on a Apexi turbo timer?

Do you mean what should it read Chris ? If so then 14.7 at hot idle/cruise and then normally somewhere under 11.5 on full power.
If you are using the OE narrowband sensor then only the 14.7 figure will be accurate as the probe is affected by temperature.

i think what rcy meant, was the values that should be used when configuring the o2 sensor voltage
