Hesitation when hot

1996 sti,runs fine when its cold after about 30 mins of driving it hesitates at around 4000 rpm and judders.

I can rev past 4k and its fine above 4k i have a new maf and new coil packs.

Any ideas anyone ?

Yep fitted new plugs and its sweet as a nut.
