Default APEXI AVC-R

Thinking about getting one of these for my standard 2002 WRX (all bar the back box and panel filter).

Do they supply wiring harnesses to suit my car or do I need to do a bit of cutting / splicing?

Is there any point in getting one of these to control the boost or just getting a remap to get more power? I've been looking at Andy Forrests site and waying up my options.

Cheers

you need to tap into the standard loom to connect the AVC-R in.

You would ideally need a remap with it, or instead of it.

thought as much - I fitted an Apexi AFC and RSM to my FTO and it was a nightmare cutting into and splicing into the wires (also scary at times)

Think I'll just go down the mapping route for now - hopefully will be able to sign up for an Andy Forrest GB in the future
