Question miss fire

My car misses slightly and does a little jerk @ about 2000 revs even though it has just had a major service (NGK laser platinum plugs fitted) do u think a new coil pack will do the trick

Who serviced it?

Could be a coil pack, Check them to see if any have cracks

Get to one of out meets too, we have a few salfordians there (me for one ) google scoobysmacs or check out the northern section in events

Hi mate I had the same problem. Would missfire/shudder at 2000 rpm then would be okay till bout 4k rpm or full boost and would start missfiring again. Checked the coil packs and all of em were either cracked or had completly disintegrated at the end. So I would check all the coils and maybe check the the plug gap is set correctly.
