Default Clutch release pin removal

Having problems with the release pin. Seems to be jammed and wont budge. I've tried leavering it gently but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you get around it?

I put a pair of mole grips on the nut head that you've screwed into the release pin and levered it from behind the mole's with lever bar. It's got to come almost completely out. Don't make the mistake I made and withdraw it about 1.5 -2 inch and it seems to stop. It's just as easy to remove it completely.

For anyone who does a search on this, I ended up using a make shift puller, using a 3/4" drive socket bigger than the 10mm allen bolt plug, a washer and a 6mm bolt from the cam belt cover

Search words

Clutch
Release
Pin
10mm hex allen bolt
Stuck

The problem why it was sticking so badly was because there was a lot of grit and debris that has worn off fo the clutch etc in the groove machined in the pin.
