Having problems with the release pin. Seems to be jammed and wont budge. I've tried leavering it gently but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you get around it?

For anyone who does a search on this, I ended up using a make shift puller, using a 3/4" drive socket bigger than the 10mm allen bolt plug, a washer and a 6mm bolt from the cam belt cover ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

10mm hex allen bolt
Stuck
The problem why it was sticking so badly was because there was a lot of grit and debris that has worn off fo the clutch etc in the groove machined in the pin.
