Default Steamed up headlights

I have a 2004 Blobeye which has been de-tangoed, the problem is that one of the lights is now quite badly steamed up on the inside.

What is the best way to rid the light of the steam and can I apply a coat of silicone around the edges of the light after having done this? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

you need to either put lamp in the oven or use a hair dryer.

put de-tango in the search and it will bring up how to do it

Put a piece of card over the lens and turn the lights on. The heat from the lamp will soon dry it out, but be carefull and do not leave it on for too long because it will crack the lens due to the heat build up.

I have a HID conversion on the lights - will this make a difference to that procedure?
