Default BUMPER HELP PLEASE

Hello peeps and sorry to pull you away from your BBQ , but ive just fitted a FMIC on my 98 classic and the bumper has been fitted but the bumper seems to be out of place on each side as you can see the upper lip which sits under the side lights?

Now ive seen this before on a sccoby which has had a fmic and was wondering if there is any way to resolve this?

No sorry mate , unless i use the phone!

Its the upper part of the bumper which sits under the side lights, not the head lights and it seems to me sticking out

Infact i can touch the upper lip which is meant to sit under the side wind
