Default Slip jointed cross pipes for OE headers?

I have heard that people have manufactured these in the past but dont know
who and where.

Is there a benefit to using one of these over the standard cross pipe?

Can a slip joint be retro fitted?

Speak to Mark at Lateral performance.
I remember him mentioning them when I bought my slip jointed up-pipe.
