Its very easy , just by a converter , this will remove limiter and convert kph to mph aswell using same clocks ,the converter is a little device that fits behind your speedo, all you do is pull off cable from speedo, fit device where cable was then cable fits directly onto device and you will no longer hit 180kph or 112mph limit, you should now be hitting 140+mph well, in a controlled enviroment that is hope this helps.

Default De-limiter

eBay.co.uk: SUBARU IMPREZA MACHANICAL SPEEDO CONVERTER / DELIMITER (item 300119221569 end time 17-Jun-07 23:44:07 BST)

Would this be the right thing?

I have a 95 classic and its a cable that can be pulled out, you can either put your hand behind clocks from under dash or take clocks out, and as i said remove cable fit converter and then replace cable, it can be tricky so that care.
