Just bought our lass a fiat punto been driving it quite a lot ( saving petrol ).
got in the scooby today and noticed the brakes are sh*te compared with punto.
The pedal seems to go quite a way down before brakes work . Checked fluid still full .when starting car up can smell a sort of fluid smell but goes away when driving.Any body got ideas please.

 

When you say ****e do you mean they don't work or the Punto has a better initial bite ie more servo assistance? There might be nothing "wrong" with yours, just you prefer the feel in another car. If still in doubt get htem checked by a professional.
