Hi All ,

I fancied a change to my current aftermarket exhaust system on my UK300 ,
so i managed to get hold of a Blitz Nur spec centre section and rear box for a good price that came of a 02 WRX , only when i came to fitting the system it seems that it is about 6 or 7 inches to short to reach the decatted down pipe , confused !!!
I have checked on the Blitz web site and there are 2 different systems for the european and jap models , how do i tell which one i have ??
Coming off of a WRX i would have thought i was a EU type ??
Is it a possibility that the downpipe i have fitted is a shorter one to fit the exhaust that is fitted (custom made) ??

Anyone had any trouble fitting theirs ??

blitz is meant for a JAP car !! if if yours is a euro spec car you will need to change your downpipe to a classic shape one and it will fit

 

Blitz didnt release the Nur Spec-R in the japanese domestic market....

it was strictly for european destinations...

i know hks made one for the hiper not sure if it will fit your blitz, if you get stuck let me know and i will have a dig around in the garage and take some photos for you ... well if it looks ok you can have it for £20 + p&p as my hiper is no longer on the car


or you can always fit a JDM down pipe avaliable form RCM OR fit a classic downpipe and weld in a boss for the lamda

 

I suppose i could get one made up or go for a complete new downpipe ??
