Default ID needed on exhaust

Guys,

Ive bought a exhaust for my 93wrx off ebay for a great price.

On the straight thru centre piece it has a small welded plaque that says:

XCRPSS02P
CPRA-202P
NOT FOR ROAD USE
G20H01M2

Just wondering if anyone knows what it means or what its all about?

(I know what 'not for road use means' )

cheers

A link to the ad with pic might help. I know ebay links aren't really allowed on here, but thats generally in the sale forum when you are advertising a link to your own item.
