Intercooler Water Spray

Intercooler Water Spray
I have a 97/98 impreza turbo, and was wondering what options i had for fitting I/C waterspray?
is it possible to fit from a classic sti? will this need the sti intercooler? and how big a job will it be?
or is there aftermarket kits that do the same thing?
How does water spray work? does it spray for a short or long time? or does it only spray when you press the button?

You will need a resovoir for the water (or you can use your washer bottle but its not recommended as its an offence not to have it filled up), though i think there are some people who have added a system to their cars, manual only though

I gathered that i would need an extra water tank for the IC spray as i dont want to be spraying screenwash onto the intercooler!
I need to know how an OE setup works, is it automatic when inlet temps reach a certain level the cooler is sprayed? or is it on boost? or just when the button in pressed?
