Default Fuel Pump fuse and relay?

Where is the fule pump fuse or relay located on a Impreza 99? I have looked in the two fuse boxes but cannot find it.

I have no fuel pressure and there is not power at all getting to the pump.

Thanks

Lee

I have now found the relay under the dash board (brown one) and that is working and getting power but between that and the fuel pump the power is lost, i have conneted the pump straight to the battery and that fires up so it must be a problem with the wire, but i have looked at it and all seems fine.

Also i think i found the fuse (SBF2) under the bonnet and that is fine, anyone got a 99 wiring diagram?
