does sound like a head gasket issue, what are your coolant levels like? Best bet would be a compression test to confirm

best bet is speak with whoever did the gaskets, sounds like an issue when they have put the heads back. Were the heads skimmed before new gaskets were added?

if you have no compression on 3 of the cylinders that has your answer! there must be a leak there.. most likely the head gaskets or the heads not being completely true. Best bet is get it taken back to whoever did it.
Good luck
