Default 19mm or 26mm plugs?

Does the 04 STI take 19mm or 26mm sparkplugs?

And modified engine, is that 7 or 6 plugs? (NGK Iridium ix?)

NGK states they are 19mm ? That was my concern. They said 19 or 26, that made me confused...

ANd is that a good plug or du I go with the platinum 7's ?
