Default fitting a boost gauge

hi there i am fitting a boost gauge on to my 95 2.0 turbo awd but i think i have fitted it to the wrong pipe as it is reading -25 p.s.i. onstart up.could someone please tell me which is the vacuum pipe i need to fit it onto i have fitted it to the middle one of the three right on top of the engine please please help

Had this conversation myself with Alyn at AS and that is right. Go for a drive and it should show boost as normal but on tickover they can sit that low.

i have been for a drive and it is only going up to 5 p.s.i surely that cant be right

i think you must of piped it wrong or got an air leak, im running 1.8 bar of boost no problems yet, yours will only run 0.8 bar if your lucky any way, make sure your boost soleniod is working ok
