earthing kit

minimal, but for what they cost they are worth doing, i bought a rage one from tractive solutions last year, about 25 quid, and the car does seem to run slightly smoother.
after buying the kit and looking at it when fitting it, you could make iot yourself for a fraction of the cost i paid for it.

just get some battery terminals and some 10mm copper core cable, something like the stuff used for amps and that in a car, wire it up to the terminal, and use several end connectors large enough to attach to various parts of the car. mine are attached to each front strut, each side of inlet manifold and the alternator

The kits that you see are a lot of money for not very much stuff. It's not rocket science. Just better earthing that what you already have, although to be honest you need to have pretty bad earthing to start off with for it to make any difference. Best way is to measure the resistance between block and negative battery terminal, also from gearbox, inlet manifold, body etc. then try fitting some bloody great battery leads (very cheap from Halfords with earthing rings already fitted) to connect these lumps of metal together and see if it makes any difference.
