Default Differences between MY01/02 JDM Bugeye and MY03 UK Blobeye

Just looking at the difference between the 01/02 JDM bugeye model and the Uk 2003 onwards blobeye model.

So far i have found that the 01/02 JDM Bugeyes have 2 different versions. A GL and a KL with the GL being better as it has a suretrac front diff. (did this diff get fitted to the UK 2003 blobeye's because as far as i can tell from searching the site its unclear if it was ever fitted to the UK sti's of 2001/02)

The 01/02 JDM cars have shorter 5th and 6th gear ratios than their 01/02 UK counterparts. Have these gear ratios of the JDM car made its way to the UK 2003 car? or did they stay the same?

I would also like to know if there are any differences between the 01/02 JDM and 2003 STi uk internally? heads, cams etc.

I know the UK STI of 2001/02 used the VF35 turbo and the UK STI of 2003 used the VF34 turbo, did the 2001/02 JDM STI use the VF35 as well? Or the VF34 or something else?. I know the 2003 JDM STI's were fitted with the twin scroll setup so i'm assuming the VF34 was used on the JDM's of 01/02 to keep it one step ahead of the UK counterparts.?

Thanks
Rob
