VF37 as fitted to Jdm version 8 and 9 sti it’s also a twin scroll unit that will flow around 430cfm around 18psi.
Second would be the VF28 fitted to the version five STI this is a non twin scroll unit that flows around 425cfm at 18psi and will be a direct fit to most models apposed to the twin scroll which may need some mods depending on your model.
There are also more turbo choices than what you have listed above, you would be better of saying what you are aiming for and what you have, it will be easier to help.

Thank you uni-ink,
I own a 2002 jdm wrx and i am looking to get around 350-370 bhp, dont want to got to mad as funds are limited and it will be used daily.
Is this possible?
This is why im asking about turbos, which is the best one for me? or is there another turbo that would do better?
